Job Overview:
The Part-Time Social Media & Digital Ads Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital identities of our diverse clientele. This role is perfectly suited for a digitally savvy individual with a knack for visual storytelling, a sharp eye for design, and a strategic mindset towards online advertising. Working in synergy with a Client Relationship Manager and a Content Creation Specialist, the ideal candidate will craft compelling graphical templates, spearhead engaging ad campaigns, and analyze their performance to drive digital success stories.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design visually captivating graphic templates and customized designs for social media posts, ensuring alignment with client branding and content strategies.
– Develop, manage, and optimize social ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, targeting specific audiences to meet client objectives.
– Execute comprehensive ad testing strategies, comparing variables to determine the most effective approaches.
– Master the use of Pixels and other analytical tools to track, measure, and report on the performance and effectiveness of ads, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.
– Collaborate closely with the Client Relationship Manager to understand client needs, receive feedback, and iterate on strategies for continual improvement.
– Work in tandem with the Content Creation Specialist to ensure a seamless blend of compelling copy and visuals.
– Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, bringing innovative ideas and up-to-date expertise to the team.
– Experience with Google Ads is an asset.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing created social media graphics and ad designs.
– Hands-on experience with creating, running, and optimizing social media ads.
– Proficiency in using Pixels and other ad measurement tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
– Adeptness in working with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Pixlr, and/or Canva).
– Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
– Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– A passion for digital marketing and a drive to stay abreast of industry trends.
